The DMMC Institute of Health Sciences was incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 21, 2002.
Its principal stockholder is the Daniel O. Mercado Medical Center (DMMC), a 100-bed tertiary hospital in Tanauan City, Batangas, with over 50 years of service in providing affordable and quality healthcare.
The institute was established to address the growing demand for competent healthcare professionals, particularly in nursing and allied health disciplines.
